Earlier this month, we celebrated Valentine’s Day at FKCS. The occasion was full of roses, chocolates, and red and pink attire.

Fieldstone’s student government- the “Prefects” worked very hard in the days leading up to February 14th, selling “grub passes” (through which students could wear red and pink instead of their uniforms), and organizing a fantastic sale of roses and chocolates. Students stayed late at school preparing the roses, and they addressed countless personalized notes for the recipients of the special treats.

These kinds of special days at our school really bring our community together. The leadership and teamwork of our Prefects helps to foster school spirit and to provide students with fun and festivities beyond their classrooms. Happy Valentine’s Day, Fieldstone!
