Step 1: Submit the Application Package

Please submit the following required items by email to Ms. Melany Butcher.
- A completed application form
- A non-refundable $250 application processing fee (cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer to mpark@fieldstonedayschool.org)
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport
- An up-to-date immunization record
- Report cards from the past two academic years. Grade 12 applicants must submit report cards from Grades 9 to 11.
- A recommendation letter from a current teacher or principal
- Any additional supporting documents you wish to provide
Step 2: Interview & Assessment
Once we have received your completed application package, a member of our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule:
- An in-person interview with your child (required unless distance makes this impractical)
- A parent interview with our Admissions Team to discuss your child’s learning style, interests, and educational goal

An entrance assessment in English and Mathematics, which helps us determine appropriate placement and support
Step 3: Admission Decisions
Families of successful applicants will receive a Conditional Offer of Admission.
Step 4: Final Documentation and Payment
To secure your child’s place at Fieldstone, please submit the following items by the date specified in your acceptance letter:

Sibling Discount
– The oldest child in a family pays full tuition.
– The first sibling receives a 10% discount on tuition.
– The second sibling (and any additional siblings) receives a 15% discount on tuition.
Tuition Assistance
Current and prospective families may apply for financial assistance through a third-party service provided by Apple Financial Services.

Fieldstone’s Tuition Assistance Committee reviews the recommendation provided by Apple Financial Services to determine the level of support that may be offered. All information submitted through this process is handled with the strictest confidentiality.
